Being a college student can be very stressful time, what with home work, mid terms, quizzes, and not to forget the dreaded finals, all of these in one sentence can be enough to freak anyone out. I know being a student athlete is completely our choice and we do it for the love of the game we play, but with practices, games, team event, homework etc...it can become very stressful. Believe it or not there are many ways in which to tell that you are stressed it could be a very little sign to a very big one, either way make sure you look after yourself. The last thing you want is to be getting stressed, just plan your days out, when you will do your homework, give yourself enough time to complete an assignment, don't wait till the last minute.

I agree very much with you. It is very stressful here at SRU sometimes. Being a varsity athlete only adds to the everyday stressors. It's hard to balance everything. Good luck in your soccer games this week!!

I agree as well. Its interesting to think about being a student athlete and time management.I played soccer, so in the spring I did not have practices and games to go to. But, my grades were always better during the season because I was more focused due to my busy schedule. To fix this slight drop in my grades all I had to do was create better time management during the off season.
